How to Order
When creating our website, we
tried to make the customer's shopping and ordering experience as
simple and straightforward as possible. However, it never hurts to
offer a few tips to banish any remaining uncertainty (by the way,

On our website, you have two ways
to search for the items you need. You can either choose the brand
of your printer or printing cartridge and navigate to their supplies page
to view all the printing cartridge supplies we offer for use with your
printer. Or,
you can choose the product category you are interested in to view
only that type of item for your printing cartridge or printer.
One you find what you are looking
for, click on the buy button to place it in your shopping cart.
Once in the shopping cart, you can either click on the
"continue shopping" button if you still need more items,
change the quantities of the items in the cart or enter your zip
code to calculate shipping costs. You can also use the
"coupons available" link to apply any current coupon
codes to your shopping cart.
After you have chosen a shipping
method and reviewed the contents of your order, you can proceed to
checkout and enter your shipping and billing information for the
order. Please make sure that the billing address you enter matches
the address your bank or credit card company has on file. If you
would prefer to pay by check or money order, you can print out the
page reviewing your order and include it with your payment. Please
make sure to include your shipping address. Mail your payment and

We ship using both UPS and USPS, offering
both regular and expedited shipping options. Unless otherwise
directed in writing by the customer, all
packages are shipped insured, in the event
